Q: How do I receive my designs?
A: All embroidery designs are digital download files, a confirmation email will be sent to you after order is complete. You may then log into your account and download your file(s).
Q: Do I have to register to make a purchase?
A: Yes because you can then log in to view your orders, and access your download links. Future checkouts are much easier.
Q: What kind of payments do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal payments. You will be redirected to PayPal and will also be able to pay by Credit Card as well if you choose.
Q: What file formats do your products come in?
A: All embroidery designs come in .pes, .hus, .exp, .jef, .vip, .vp3, .xxx and .dst embroidery machine formats. All files are packaged together in a zip file.
Q: What quality are your embroidery designs?
A: All embroidery designs are digitized by EmbroidDesigns and are checked by us before offering any designs for sale on our site. We do not recommend resizing and we cannot guarantee the quality if you choose to do so.
Q: What size do your files typically come in?
A: Our embroidery designs come in a variety of sizes as described in each listing.
Q: What does it mean when it says for personal or commercial use?
A: This means you may use the item for your own personal use or may use for commercial activity without giving EmbroidDesigns credit, although we do appreciate spreading the word on where you obtained the designs. If you plan on using our embroidery designs in any mass productions, please contact us for a license.
Q: May I share or re-sell your embroidery designs?
A. NO, you may stitch our designs on items that you sell or share, but you may not re-sell any of our digital embroidery files in any format.
Q: I ordered my designs, where can I download them?
A. After checkout and payment is made your order confirmation will be emailed to you. Please check your spam or junk mail folder. You can then log into your account and download your files. Your download links will expire after 10 attempts.
Q: My download links no longer work, can I still download my files?
A. Yes. Your links can be reset. Contact us for help.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A. Due to the electronic nature of our designs, we do not give refunds. However under certain circumstances, exceptions can be made. Please contact us if you have an issue.
Q: How do I open the zip file?
A. The easiest is to right click the file and select extract. Let your computer decide which default application to open it up in. You may need an extraction program such as Win Zip for PC users or Stuffit Expander for Mac.
